I love assisting people; I have been in Customer Service field in the past 20 years. I managed a Health Coaching Business in the past 5 years, with the focus on providing excellent Customer Service and products.  Prior, I was Customer Service Associate for 12 years, where I was trained extensively in offering exceptional Customer Service and I was awarded a certification for the same training. 

Earlier to this, I worked as Shift Manager for 4 years, I was trained and I received a Shift Manager certification in offering outstanding customer service to our patrons. I am confident that with all the Customer Service experience, as well as being awarded the four different Customer Service certifications in the past 20 years, including the E-Service Real Estate Customer Service certification which I recently gained from our Real Estate Firm University, I will offer excellent services to all my Real Estate clients, whether you are buying, selling or investing.
